Palm Villas are a complex of five detached villas nestled high up amongst the olive groves,
on the south coast of Lefkas. The villas were designed by the owner Mike
to make the most of their position,
in particular the wonderful views over Meganissi, Ithaca and Kefallonia.Location Sivota, Lefkas

Every villa has its own terrace and pool. The first impression is of the masses of outside space: the terrace stretches the whole length of the villa, with the swimming pool as a centrepiece. There are sunloungers, a dining table, a hammock and a built-in BBQ, as well as an outdoor shower for those who can't face leaving the view behind.

furnished with rattan sofas and armchairs. Three steps lead up to the mezzanine dining area and kitchen. This is
equipped with everything you could possibly need, including a huge American style fridge-freezer with icemaker.
Both double bedrooms lead off the living area, one on each side, making them completely private.
Each double room has full height opening windows on two sides, all with mosquito screens.
Lying in bed listening to the cicadas and watching the moon over the sea, you can really believe
that you are sleeping outside under the stars. Each bedroom has it's own en-suite.
The twin bedroom is on the mezzanine level and has side facing windows onto the landscaped gardens, with olive groves beyond. The twin room has it's own shower room next door, also on the mezzanine level.
Palm villas are ideal for family holidays, the vast terrace around the pool has plenty of space
for the kids to play, whilst Mum and Dad relax on a sunlounger and watch the yachts drift past on the sea below.
These villas would also be well suited to any guests who are slightly less mobile, as there are no more
than three steps between any level of the villa.
